restrict foods that are high in cholesterol/fat. The high
cholesterol foods contain saturated fat and cholesterol.

cream (contains milkfat), Meat fat,Palm oil,Coconut oil -
Beef,Lamb,Pork and Veal. So if you eat these foods in excess to
make your diet a high cholesterol diet, your cholesterol level
