Heart Rate and Plus Rate
Pulse rate is number of time the heart beats in one min. Pulse rate
starts with your heart beat. A heart beat causes a pulse in your
arteries.Pulse rate and heart rate are often the same thing. The number of pulses tells the number
of times the heart beats each minute.By tracking your heart rate and plus
rate, you can gain vital information about your heart's level of
exertion and your overall health. If your heart beats much faster than it normally would,
it doesn't have enough time to completely refill with blood like it
normally would. So, only a small amount of blood is pushed out, not
nearly enough to create the pressure required for you to feel the pulse.
The Pulse rate is therefore going to be much lower than the Heart rate. |
